USF  University of South Florida Events:

• USF Scholars Showcase - Designed for academically talented students that are scholarship eligible (3.50 GPA with an SAT of 1170 or higher).  The Scholars Showcase will allow students to interact with Honors College advisors and staff, attend a mimi lecture, visit with university representatives from a variety of student-centered departments and learn about scholarship opportunities and the admissions process. In addition, current USF students will be available to share their experiences and provide campus and residence hall tours.  The event will be held on Friday, October 17 from 8:30 - 3:00 p.m.  To register, students should visit www.usf.edu/USFSS
• Access USF - This event is specifically designed for first-generation, under-represented, and lower socio-economic students about the admissions and financial aid process. Participants will be able to learn about USF, speak with admissions staff about the application process, attend a financial aid workshop, learn about the summer admissions opportunities and tour the campus.  The dates for Access USF are: Oct. 4, Nov. 1, and Dec. 6.  To learn more, visit the website:  www.usf.edu/AccessUSF
• Campus Visits -  Interested students are encouraged to visit during one of the daily campus visits that are available Monday - Friday at 10:00 and 2:00 or Saturdays at 10:00.  During the 2  1/2 hour visit, students will hear from an admissions professional, have an opportunity to hear from current USF students via a student panel, and see our beautiful campus during a walking tour lef by one of our Green & Gold Guides.  Guests may reserve their space at this website:  www.usf.edu/campusvisit
